Brian Jensen, Clarke Carlisle, Michael Duff, Christian Kalvenes, Graham Alexander, Joey Gudjonsson, Robbie Blake, Stephen Jordan, Steven Thompson, Steven Caldwell, Fernando Guerrero and Nicky Weaver will all see their contracts at Burnley Football Club come to an end. Weaver only signed till the end of the season anyhow and Guerrero was on a season long loan deal. Apart from maybe Carlisle i can see the rest being shown the door. Even if we go back down to the championsip i dont think signing them up again is a step forward. Brian Laws has used Thompson off the bench quite a bit since taking over from Moses. I'll be honest i think most of them who get frees will struggle to find other clubs. who are your players out of contract at the end of the season

Royce, Fuller, Nutter, Richards, Bentley, Miller, Pugh, Erskine, Oli, Wynter, Julian, Yussuff, Cumbers, Rooney, Walker.
Personally, I'd give Fuller another year, Bentley a new two-year deal, Wynter a three-year deal, Yussuff another year and Julian a two-year deal. I think we've got an option on Rooney, so he'll be staying, but he'd get a new deal anyway if he'd sign it...
Oli and Nutter are borderline and I'll wait on Walker, who made a bright start on Saturday.

Lons cashed in on Lee Miller, but Mulgrew going for nothing is a worry. I think there are others, but we can live without a lot of our dross.
Most of them end up in either the Championship or League One, which are better wages the the SPL.
Shame.
